Palominos was born out of a simple idea: Gainesville deserved a pool hall that didn't take itself too seriously but took the game dead seriously. No velvet ropes, no bottle service — just good tables, cold drinks, and a crowd that loves to play.
We opened our doors on a shoestring budget in a converted auto shop on 13th Street, and we haven't looked back. Eighteen years later, we've hosted thousands of tournaments, launched a dozen league champions, and became the unofficial living room for Gainesville's misfits, musicians, hustlers, and hardworking regulars.
The jukebox is loud. The felt is green. The drinks are cold. That's the deal.
